Nowhere to play

Our young people need places to go.

Many of the people round Elsemere Green are concerned that there is nowhere for the young people to play-  Basant and two of her sons showed me the play area near the childrens centre where the hard area is littered with Class- none of the lights work. It is such a shame that it has been allowed to run down. The young people feel let down and so do their parents.

Again and again people talked about the kids having nothing to do know where to go and no hope for the future. We always believed our kids would do better than we did - this is the first time when we no longer think this.
